To be considered "informant" for the purposes of Law 2/2023 you must have obtained the information on an infringement in a work or professional context.

If, in the work or professional context, you have known breaches of EU law or actions or omissions that may constitute a serious or very serious administrative offence or offence, you can inform us.

If you have experienced a violation of Law 2/2023 in your work or professional environment, you can report it safely and confidentially, even anonymously.

From the AIPI we provide support and accompaniment to people who, after having presented information or publicly revealed an infringement in their work or professional context, may be subject to retaliation.
