  • Deputy Director General of the General Inspection of Services of the Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Courts and as Data Protection Delegate (from 2021 to 2025).
  • In 2023, it developed and implemented the internal information system in the Ministry of the Presidency, Justice and Relations with the Courts and acted as a prior legal link with the future AIPI. Responsible for the Internal Information System.
  • Inspection Service of the AEPD, as coordinator of Inspection and Unit of support to the Presidency, where he acquired a deep specialization in the field of Data Protection in application of the successive national and European standards (from 2000 to 2021).
  • EAT. Department of Tax Informatics. General Directorate of Income and Wealth (from 1990 to 2000).
  • Cadastral Inspection Service of the Ministry of Finance and later developed an extensive technical work for 10 years in the AEAT, Department of Tax Informatics (from 1988 to 1990).
  • He began his professional career at ICONA (MAPA), transferred that year to the Xunta de Galicia (1987).
