This is the Transparency section of the Independent Authority for Whistleblower Protection. Complying with what is established in the Article 5 of Law 19/2013, of 9 December, on transparency, access to public information and good governance, the AIPI publishes on a regular and up-to-date basis information whose knowledge is relevant to guarantee the transparency of its activity related to the operation and control of public performance.
To this information, the limits contained in Article 14 and 15 Law 19/2013, the derivatives of the protection of personal data and what is established in the Title VI of Law 2/2023, of February 20, regulating the protection of persons who report on normative infractions and the fight against corruption. Accordingly, information containing specially protected data is made public after dissociation from them.
