In compliance with Article 7 of Law 19/2013, of 9 December, on transparency, access to public information and good governance (LTAIBG), in this section you will find information on the recommendations and circulars issued by the AIPI.
One of the functions that so much Law 2/2023, of 20 February, as the Statute of the Independent Authority for Whistleblower Protection assigns to the person holding the Presidency of the AIPI is the preparation of circulars and recommendations establishing the appropriate criteria and practices for the proper functioning of the Authority.
The circulars are approved in accordance with the procedure established for the elaboration of general provisions and the internal regulations of the AIPI and will be mandatory once they are published in the “Official State Gazette”.
