Heads of the Internal Information System (RSII)

So much the Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons reporting infringements of Union law, such as Law 2/2023on 20 February, which regulates the protection of individuals who report on regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, establishes the requirement that any body or entity obliged to have an Internal Information System (SII) must have a System Manager (RSII).

The Head of the Internal Information System (RSII) is the person — or the collegiate body — responsible for supervising and ensuring the proper functioning of the internal information system provided for in Law 2/2023.

Its role is fundamental to ensuring that internal communications are handled with confidentiality, independence and respect for the rights of all persons involved.
