One of the functions that both Law 2/2023 of February 20 and the Statute of the Independent Authority for Whistleblower Protection attribute to the person holding the Presidency of the AIPI is the preparation of circulars and recommendations that establish the appropriate criteria and practices for the proper functioning of the Authority.
The circulars will be approved in accordance with the procedure established for the elaboration of general provisions and the AIPI Statute, and will be published in the “Official State Gazette”.
