Acts or decisions adopted as a result of a protected communication that are of a repressive nature may be declared null and void and may give rise to the corresponding measures of reparation.
Reversing the burden of proof in judicial and administrative proceedings
When a protected reporting person suffers damage after making a communication, it will be up to the person who took the measure to prove that it responds to legitimate reasons unrelated to the communication made.
Support measures
Informants may have access, under the terms provided by law, to information, advice, assistance and support measures, including certification that they are eligible for protection.
