To submit a report or request protection from AIPI, you must use exclusively the secure External Channel application. This is the only means through which the security of communications and the confidentiality of personal data can be guaranteed.
The application allows reports to be submitted and protection requests to be made both in writing and by voice.
The contact email addresses and mailboxes are NOT intended for the submission of reports or protection requests. Therefore, the confidentiality of the information and personal data of reporting persons cannot be guaranteed when these channels are used.
Please, DO NOT use email or public administration registration systems to submit reports o request protection. AIPI cannot guarantee the required conditions of security, confidentiality and prompt handling of communications submitted through these channels.
