AIPI publishes new versions of its recommendations 1/2025, 1/2026, and 2/2026 to incorporate the technical features of internal information channels

AIPI recommendations

The technical characteristics of the internal information channels were an incorporation of the recently published Recommendation 3/2026, focused on the General Administration of the State and its instrumental entities of the public sector. The updated versions are already on the AIPI web portal.

The AIPI has updated the published Recommendations to incorporate the technical features of the Internal Information Channel (IIC). Recommendations whose new versions are already available on the AIPI web portal.

These three recommendations are complemented by the recently published one Recommendation 3/2026 of the Independent Authority for the Protection of the Informant for the design and implementation of an Internal Information System in the General Administration of the State and its instrumental entities of public law.

All the recommendations, as well as the Guide on the notification of the Internal Information Officer (RSII) are published on the AIPI web portal.
