The president of the AIPI, Manuel Villoria, participated in a dialogue on channels of denunciation and internal investigations of the law firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader.
The president of the AIPI, Manuel Villoria, defined for the attendees of the conference “Channels of complaint and internal investigations” the internal channels and their characteristics, as well as the mechanisms of protection of the informants contemplated by Law 2/2023, of February 20, and the system of sanctions currently existing, among other issues, in addition to some doubts transferred by the partners of the law firm.
He also addressed the state of the situation and the challenges of the AIPI in an event that took the form of a dialogue with a partner of Hogan Lovells Cadwalader specialized in fraud.
The second session of the event, organized by the firm Hogan Lovells Cadwalader, took place in an exchange of experiences on investigations and collaboration with the authorities.
