Complaint to European institutions

Law 2/2023 provides in its Article 35.4 the persons reporting to the relevant institutions, bodies or bodies of the European Union infringements falling within the scope of the Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 shall be entitled to protection under the provisions of this law under the same conditions as a person who has reported through external channels.
